Year 7 Virtual Parents Evening – Online Appointment Booking and Video system

I would like to invite you to attend our Virtual Parents’ Evening on Thursday 3rd December 2020.

The school has introduced a new initiative, an easy to use online appointment booking and video system. The system allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming these appointments.

Appointments can be made from Monday 23rd November at 6pm and will close on Wednesday 2nd December at 3pm.

Please visit https://moreton.schoolcloud.co.uk to book your appointments from Monday 23rd November at 6pm. Please visit the website prior to this date to check your login details. A short guide on how to add appointments is included with this letter. Each appointment is 5 minutes long, and the website will time this and stop the appointment immediately after the time slot.

To login you will need to enter Your Title; Your First Name; Your Surname; Child’s First Name; Childs Surname and Childs Date of Birth. You will also need to include an up to date email address.

On the day of the Parents Evening, before your first appointment please login back into the website https://moreton.schoolcloud.co.uk and select join video appointments.
