Year 11 Virtual Parents Evening – Online Appointment Booking and Video system

Dear Parent or Carer

We would like to invite you to attend our Virtual Parents’ Evening on Thursday 25th November 2021.

The school has introduced a new initiative, an easy to use online appointment booking and video system. The system allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers.  You will then receive an email to confirm these appointments.

Appointments can be made from Friday 12th November 2021 at 6.00 pm and will close on Wednesday 24th November 2021 at 11.00 pm.

Prior to Friday 12th November 2021 I would ask that you visit the website listed above  to view your login details.  Each appointment is 5 minutes long, and the website will time this and stop the appointment immediately after the time slot.

To login you will need to enter:-

Your Title;  Forename; Surname;

Your Child’s Forename; Surname and Childs Date of Birth.

You will also need to include an up to date email address.

For the Parent’s Evening on Thursday 25th November 2021, prior to your first appointment please login back into the website https://moreton.schoolcloud.co.uk.  and select “Join video appointments”.
