Covid Vaccination Clinic

Good afternoon

Moreton School will be accommodating the Covid-19 vaccine clinic which will take place on Thursday 3rd February 2022.

The clinic will offer first and second vaccines for 12-15 year olds and those aged 16+.

A consent form will be going home with students and parents of 12-15 year olds who wish to receive a vaccine should return this to school at least 48 working hours prior to the clinic. The same form should be used for those having first and second vaccines.

Printed copies will be made available to all students and these can be collected from their Heads of Year. Completed consent forms can be handed in to reception.

All forms will need to have been received in school by the end of Monday 31st January 2022.
