Early Closing due to Heatwave

Following consultation with other schools across the region we have made the decision to close both Aldersley High School and Moreton School at 12.45 tomorrow and Tuesday as extreme temperatures reach their peak in early afternoon. Minibuses will run as normal and students eligible for free school meals will collect a packed lunch before leaving. There will be afternoon provision available if this causes difficulties for your family. Please email Mr Ruthven at sruthven@aatrust.co.uk if you would like your child to remain in school for the afternoon session.

If we have not heard from you we will release your child at 12.45

The Aladdin performance will still go ahead at Moreton School on Tuesday and Wednesday evening as the theatre has air conditioning.
