Aladdin Performance Update
Following a health and safety review we have taken the decision to go ahead with both planned performances of Aladdin this week.
We have considered all other options available and feel this is the best plan. The following will be in place in order to ensure everyone’s safety during the event;
-LED lights will be used as they produce less heat on stage.
-Extra precautions in place to protect children performing whilst they are waiting backstage including extra fans, ventilation and water.
-We may need to take an extra interval break during the performance, this will be decided on the day.
-Refreshments will be provided to parents in the theatre as it is air conditioned, this is as an alternative to moving parents to an area that is hotter, during the interval.
A minibus will be provided to take Aldersley cast members over to Moreton for the evening performances. It will leave Aldersley site at 5pm on both Tuesday and Wednesday, we will be unable to provide alternative transport if your child misses this bus. All performers are to make their own way home after the shows.
If you do not wish your child to continue to take part in Aladdin, please contact Miss Berry at sberry1@aatrust.co.uk
Many thanks for your patience and continued support.
