Year 10 Hospitality Trip to UCB – Bakery, Cookery, Food Science and Hospitality

Join us for a day of exploration as we discover British and international cuisines, develop bakery and culinary techniques, go behind the scenes of food science and become connoisseurs in the art of mocktail making. Students will not only have an insight into the food and hospitality sector, including careers and vocational courses, they will also go home with decorated bakes and a freshly cooked meal.
